Care instructions
→ In general, our jewelry is intended to a versatile, longevity keepsake that can be worn often. However, it needs to be treated gently. We don't recommend placing it in contact with water or chemicals including your own sweat. Some of our materials (Sterling, Copper and Brass) naturally oxidize and can turn colors over time and even begin to leave color on your skin. To avoid this, you can avoid water and chemicals as stated and also use a simple, soft jewelry cloth to polish, buff out minor scratches and restore shine.
About our Metals
→ Bangles are made from stainless steel and are double plated with either 18k gold or sterling silver.
→ Imprinted pieces are made from either Golden Brass, Copper, Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Sterling Silver. The metal we use depends on the options you picked at checkout.
→ Charms are all mixed alloy metals
→ All of our gemstones are natural stonesCustom and personalized orders
I am happy to fulfill custom request and really enjoy making special keepsakes that are personalized for specific events, including life events.
When a custom request is made, we can discuss all the options, come up with a solid idea together and then I'll create a custom listing for you. I never received my item, even though Heather (the owner) reached out to me apologizing for the delay and she will ship asap. I never received anything. Now I had to wait 48 hrs to request refund, then wait a week before I get my refund. Poor customer service not happy at all. If you weren't going to complete my order, then you should've just said from the beginning.

I ordered a bracelet that never was sent. My first message to customer service was answered immediately. I received a note that it was shipped, but all it was was that the label for shipping was created. I tried very hard to get in touch with them after it still hadn’t been sent after the last day that was given to me for anticipated delivery. Finally that was answered and I was told it would be sent the next week. Then I got a message that the owners would be in vacation mode but not to worry I would still be able to reach them. Well when it wasn’t sent out as I was told, I tried in vain to reach them. Today a month after it was originally supposed to arrive I got notified I received a refund with no note. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am as it was a special gift for my granddaughter to celebrate a very special achieveme

This was for my daughter that had a bone marrow transplant 25 years ago. I sent a note that I needed it by a date and she sent it immediately and my daughter loved it! She said it was perfect!!! Beautifully made!!!
